Dr. Tien Bui is the founder of
. His work is driven by a singular mission: to extend healthspan, sharpen cognition, and slow—if not reverse—biological aging by targeting its root causes.
With a deep foundation in sleep science and neurobiology, Dr. Bui views sleep not as rest, but as a biological control system for cognitive performance, emotional regulation, metabolic health, and longevity. He designs evidence-based protocols that optimize circadian alignment, neurochemical balance, and cognitive recovery—leveraging sleep as the cornerstone of peak performance.
Dr. Bui’s research and experimentation focus on the updated 12 Hallmarks of Aging, developing interventions that address fundamental biological drivers such as mitochondrial dysfunction, cellular senescence, stem cell exhaustion, immune dysregulation, NAD⁺ depletion, microbiome imbalance, telomere attrition, and chronic inflammation.
His work is guided by a measurable goal: achieving a younger epigenetic age than chronological age, using DNA methylation markers as an objective benchmark of biological youth.
Dr. Bui has mastered and expanded the Superhuman Protocol, an integrated longevity and performance framework that includes:
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) leveraging the Hypoxia–Hyperoxia Paradox
- Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF)
- Hot–cold contrast therapy, near-infrared exposure (600–1100 nm), and whole-body cryotherapy (−100°C)
His research also explores advanced applications of methylene blue, peptides, amino acids, bioregulators, and next-generation supplements designed to support mitochondrial health, cognitive clarity, and long-term resilience
In 2025, Dr. Bui earned a Certificate of Achievement in Biochemistry from Harvard Medical School’s HMX Program, deepening his expertise in molecular biology, metabolism, and their roles in human optimization.
He completed his undergraduate studies at California State University, Fullerton, and earned his Doctor of Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from CSU, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2020.
